Found! Kiwifruit,the Super Fruit

 I’ve been conscientiously increasing my intake of greens and fruits recently,in a bid to eat healthier and better.Other than my a-Salad-a-day resolution,I’ve been juicing up on freshly blended fruits during lunchtime.I’m lucky I have a fruit juice bar really near my office, so it has greatly helped me increase my intake of fruit.

But my favourite fruit at the moment has to be the Golden Kiwi from New Zealand.Unlike the green kiwifruit which tends to be quite sour and tangy on the tongue, the golden kiwifruit is really sweet,with a smooth creamy texture.Really yummy for a snack.But more than just the sweet taste,the kiwifruit also happens to be one superfruit according to recent research.
