Rushed to get a quick bite of mcNuggets for dinner before heading out of the office for the day with my gym grub. Was a bit jittery and nervous about attending my first class for Body Combat, I had no idea what to expect….but as it turned out, I LOVED IT! I was all arms and legs a-flinging at first , trying to keep up with the routine but I managed ok and the instructor was extremely helpful and funny and worked us so hard, I was sweating buckets by the end of the class.
Also bumped into a ex-classmate in the same class who was there for a trial visit,, talk bout coincidence!
I would recommend this class after an extremely stressful or tension filled day,it just allows you to let it all out and it really does feel like combat! Raaah! So go ahead.. Jab! Punch! Kick!
Word of advice: it is important to stretch well after a body combat class to avoid stiff joints or overexertion of muscles.
