Oww. My arms and legs seem to be bearing the full brunt of the workout from yesterday,they are aching like hell the whole day today.Shit..I’m weak! UGH! 😦

Need to stretch…think I’ll go easy on the combat classes for now and try a yoga class for the rest of the week.

  2. I tried bikram the other day and was pretty pleased with it. Now I wish I have more time! Bah! Anyway, how much did you pay for fitness first, I saw your review few posts back but you know where I could get more info about fitness first?
